This Project in Kent, Ohio was completed in 2020. After the completion of this new construction home was added the two patio areas, complete with seating walls and a custom fire pit. The project was finished out with simple landscaping that will grow to add privacy with a stone mulch to minimize maintenance. This project features Belgards Ashlar Tandem wall system, capped with natural sandstone caps.  The fire pit was custom built out of a natural sandstone boulder with a natural gas burner. All the seating walls also got undercapitalized lighting to allow night time use of the patios.
