This Project is the first two phases of a multiple phase project designed by our in-house designers. In phase one, a hillside was removed to create this amazing 600 sq ft patio Our team added a massive 7' tall by 40' long retaining wall out of Oberfields Kodak wall. In Phase two we added an additional 500 Sq ft of pavers in two tiers, as well as on a Stone Dek over the existing septic. we also added a sunken Hot tub as well as a Bult in Cornhole pit.  In the kitchen we added a variety of blaze appliances custom wrapped in matte black in a kitchen built to match the retaining walls. we capped it off with a gorgeous granite slab and covered the whole area with a custom timber framed covered structure. This project features Oberfields Manhattan pavers in storm with a border of Jamestown in cream and charcoal. As always, we finished these phases off with In-light paver lights and full landscape lighting.
